What information should I have ready when I call?
It helps to have your address, a description of the problem (when it started, what symptoms you're noticing), whether the issue is affecting one area or the whole house, and whether you've already shut off any water valves. This helps us dispatch the right technician with the right equipment.
What if I have a plumbing emergency outside business hours?
Our service hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If you have an emergency during those hours, call us immediately at 704-544-1909. If you experience a burst pipe or major flooding, shut off your main water supply valve first to minimize damage.
Do you provide free estimates?
Contact us to discuss your specific situation. We'll be upfront about any service call fees and what to expect before any work begins. We believe in transparent pricing and clear communication throughout the process.
Which location should I contact?
Both locations serve overlapping areas, so you can call either number. Charlotte (704-544-1909) primarily serves the Charlotte metro and NC communities. Rock Hill (704-706-9443) primarily serves Rock Hill and surrounding SC communities. Either team can help route your service request appropriately.
